- Users can create playlists based on YouTube video URLs, write memos per video, manage tags, and edit names/descriptions.
- Data is stored entirely on the user's device, and users can manage it through export/import of backup files.
Article 3 (Service Restrictions and Changes)
- Free users can create up to 10 playlists, while subscription removes this limitation.
- The app provides features (e.g., reset, clear cache, manage backups) to help users manage their data.
- The developer may modify or change functions to ensure stable service, and changes will be announced in-app.
Article 4 (User Obligations)
- Users must not infringe copyright or violate laws through this app.
- YouTube videos are played via the YouTube embed method, and YouTube (Google) terms of service apply.
- The app is for personal use only; commercial unauthorized use is prohibited.
Article 5 (Limitation of Liability)
- This app simply manages playlists and memos locally; no server storage or account-based service is provided.
- Data created or backed up by the user is managed entirely at the user's responsibility. The app is not responsible for data loss due to device change, deletion, or damage.
- The app is not responsible for issues caused by service suspension, policy changes, or video deletion by third-party platforms like YouTube.
Article 6 (Subscription and Payment)
- Subscription is provided for $1/month, removing playlist limits.
- Payment, refund, and cancellation follow App Store policies.
Article 7 (Amendments)
These terms may be revised when necessary, and changes will be announced in-app.
